Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling various areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
